
Refund Policy
Once the lesson or the month's subscription has started, refunds will not be provided except in exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the teacher’s discretion. In most cases, you may want to reschedule a lesson. Please read our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
In such cases, we will email you to notify you that we have received your refund and to let you know whether it has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
