1. Website and Online Course Usage Terms
You may not use our products/course materials for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your/Wakuwaku-Japanese’s jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in the immediate termination of your Services.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks, and changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

4. Termination/Ending a subscription
If you wish to cancel a subscription at any time after your first use of our services, you are obligated to bear the full liability of paying the total expected service charge.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
5. Booking, Rescheduling, and Payment:
Booking:
Students can schedule lessons through the designated booking website, selecting from the available time slots provided by the teacher.
Upon successful booking, students will receive an automatic confirmation email containing the meeting links for the scheduled lessons.
Rescheduling:
Students must request a reschedule at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time through the rescheduling link in the confirmation email.
Rescheduling is subject to the availability of both the student and the teacher’s open slots on the booking website.
Payment:
Payment for lessons must be made in advance through the Wakuwaku-Japanese website as per the agreed terms during the booking process.
6. Currency Disclaimer
The primary currency for transactions on Wakuwaku-Japanese is USD. Wakuwaku-Japanese is not liable for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion.
