5. Booking, Rescheduling, and Payment:

• Booking:

  • Students can schedule lessons through the designated booking website, selecting from the available time slots provided by the teacher.

  • Upon successful booking, students will receive an automatic confirmation email containing the meeting links for the scheduled lessons.

• Rescheduling:

  • Students must request a reschedule at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time through the rescheduling link in the confirmation email.

  • Rescheduling is subject to the availability of both the student and the teacher’s open slots on the booking website.

• Payment:

  • Payment for lessons must be made in advance through the Wakuwaku-Japanese website as per the agreed terms during the booking process.

6. Currency Disclaimer

The primary currency for transactions on Wakuwaku-Japanese is USD. Wakuwaku-Japanese is not liable for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion.
